Martin Gravely enthusiastically brings 30+

years of industry experience as a chef,

ServSafe® instructor, University culinary

program director and instructor, restaurant

general manager, caterer, server and 

bartender to the classroom, making him

uniquely qualified to successfully

lead your ServSafe class. 

 

 

Sessions are a relaxed blend of general

material review, informative videos, helpful

study exercises and shared industry stories;

all designed to keep students engaged while

enhancing understanding of the material.

There’s always time for questions and he 

looks forward to seeing you in class!

Our bright, open facility comfortably seats up

to 12 and offers wifi. There's also a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.
