General Information
FULL-DAY CLASS VERSUS TEST ONLY
Students can enroll in either the full-day class (which provides a thorough review of the material's main concepts and includes the exam) or for the exam only. Full-day classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and go as late as 5:00 p.m.
Test-only students join the full-day class already in progress at 2:30pm on their chosen date to test. It is highly recommended that all testers are thoroughly familiar with ServSafe's latest study materials prior to testing. Students have two hours to complete the exam.
As an alternative for those taking the exam only, we also offer private testing sessions held in our facility by appointment. The rate is $99 ($69 if students provide their own exam voucher number or answer sheet). Please contact us for further details or to set an appointment.
STUDY MATERIALS
ServSafe® 7th Edition Manager textbooks are mailed to full-day students upon enrollment using the address provided at registration. It is recommended that students thoroughly study these materials in preparation for class and testing. Please see our Policies for important information regarding books.

THE DAY OF CLASS
Students must bring a photo ID (with a signature) to class in order to test.
Full-day students must also bring their book and answer sheet.

We will take several breaks throughout the day, including one for lunch. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Students are also welcome to bring food and drink to class. Our facility is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for students’ use. Feel free to either leave for lunch or remain in the classroom.
GROUP SESSIONS
