In selecting a class date, it is highly recommended that students allow time to both receive their mailed materials and to study the ServSafe Manager textbook thoroughly before class. Class focus will mainly be on reviewing the material's major concepts, but any detail in the book is fair game for the exam, so studying ahead is important

Students enrolling within 7 business days of class will need to pick their study materials up in our office, as there won't be time to mail them at that point.
